Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase, after which the valid will be voided if not used. Vouchers can only be used at the hotel from which it is purchased. Change cannot be given from a voucher in any form. Vouchers when applicable to specific package offers are subject to rate availability for redemption.
